The mausoleum of Gevhershah Sultan

Gevhershah Sultan was a daughter of Guveyi Arnaut Sinan Pasha and a grand-daughter of Sultan Bayezid II. She was married to Dukaginzade Ahmed Pasha and gave birth to Dukaginzade Mehmed and Fatima Sultan. She died in Aleppo in 1552 as she was returning from her pilgrimage in Mecca. She is buried in the Al-Adiliyah complex in the city.
